As soon as you’re our client, you have access to the on-call doula line, with wisdom from ALL your doulas. We are available for “Is this symptom normal?” questions all the way up to “Are these contractions?” questions. In labor, you’ll contact us through this line so we can all keep up with what’s going on with you!

Beginning with your 5-week childbirth education class, you’ll get to know your doulas through our thorough and comprehensive classes, designed to help our clients have the most peaceful, empowering birth and new parenthood experiences.

We want to make sure all your doulas know your story. We sit down with all our clients every month for a fun and thorough prenatal birth planning visit. We make sure we know your priorities for this birth, discuss concerns, and answer questions.

You will also have a one-on-on visit with one of your Collective doulas to discuss more personal details and plans for your labor and birth.

When your labor begins, you will be connected with the doula who is on-call at that time. You will receive unlimited, continuous birth support by a doula you have connected with, had class with, and who knows you and your story.

Have your placenta encapsulated by our resident placenta specialist! Ariel will create placenta capsules, salve, and tincture from your baby’s placenta. Your Collective doula will arrange delivery of your placenta to Ariel following your birth.

Madeline is our resident lactation expert, and she wants to help you feed your baby! This 90-minute visit can be used prenatally to help you prepare for feeding baby or postpartum to troubleshoot and educate after they arrive.

This visit is not a substitute for IBCLC support, but can help address many of the common issues families face with baby feeding.

The First Hours: one three-hour postpartum visit upon your arrival at home from your birth place, or after your birth team leaves your home ($145 value)

The First Days: two three-hour visits in your baby’s first week at home ($295 value)

Night Watch: one eight-hour overnight shift ($275 value)

After you’ve had a little time to settle back in, the doula who attended your birth will come by to chat with you about your birth experience, make sure you have all the resources you need, and answer any questions you have about baby and postpartum.
