5-Week Complete Childbirth Education
Our Childbirth Education Class will teach you about everything you need to know to get through your pregnancy, labor and birth. We will teach you about the anatomy of birth, stages of labor, common interventions used during labor, all the variations of normal you might encounter, and lots of labor coping skills. You will feel totally prepared for birth after this course!
This class meets childbirth education requirements for Beginnings Birth Center clients.

Nourish & Nurture: Newborn Care and Breastfeeding
Let’s begin at the beginning! We will talk about everything from baby medications to newborn soothing, diapering to “where in the world is this baby going to sleep?!”, and lots of information on feeding this new little person! This workshop includes everything you need to feel prepared to nourish and nurture your new babe.
This classmeets newborn care and breastfeeding requirements for Beginnings Birth Center clients.

Balanced Babes: Optimal Fetal Positioning
This class will teach you all about how a balanced pregnant person creates a balanced babe and most importantly, a balanced, shorter labor with fewer complications! Learn all of the doula gymnastics your doula might ask you to do to help put your baby in an ideal position for birth. Join us for our 1-night workshop and learn about everything you can do while you’re pregnant, while you’re laboring, and during your postpartum period to stay balanced!

The Complete 4th Trimester Workshop
We've talked about your baby, your pregnancy, and your birth. Now, let’s talk about you! How can you care for yourself in the tender, transitional time that is the first 3 months of your baby’s life? This workshop will help you prepare your home, your mind, and your body for the beauty and challenge that is the 4th Trimester. Taught by our resident postpartum doula Grace and full of fun, interactive activities, this class is an important addition to your prenatal education!
