Prenatal Yoga

Our prenatal yoga classes are designed to help you build strength, ease discomfort, and prepare your mind + body for birth—all while connecting with your little one and a community of expecting parents.

What You'll Experience:
Safe, pregnancy-adapted poses to improve flexibility, reduce aches, and encourage optimal fetal positioning
Pelvic floor & core awareness to prepare for labor and postpartum recovery
Breathwork techniques for pain management and calm during pregnancy + birth

Postpartum Yoga

Our postpartum yoga classes provide a sanctuary where you can reconnect with your body, find community, and nurture yourself—because you can’t pour from an empty cup.

Specifically designed for postpartum recovery (6 weeks to 1 year after birth), each class focuses on:

  • Restorative core work to safely rebuild abdominal and pelvic floor strength

  • Soothing stretches that target common tension areas (think: tight shoulders from feeding and sore hips from baby-wearing)

  • Mindful breath work to calm your nervous system—essential for sleepless nights and anxiety

  • Adaptable movements for all recovery stages, including C-section healing

LBW Hiking Group

Designed for expecting birthers and those who are postpartum (6 weeks - 1 year), our hiking group offers gentle, judgment-free adventures on easy to moderate trails around Colorado Springs. Whether you're growing a baby or rebuilding strength, these hikes meet you where you're at—because fresh air, movement, and community are medicine.

Cancellation Policy

Classes may be booked up to an hour before the class is scheduled to begin. You must book and pay for the class in order to attend. If you cancel at least 1 hour before the class begins, you will be given a full refund.
